This project was developed for C40 Cities, an international network of nearly one hundred mayors committed to addressing the climate crisis. I created a series of videos that accompanied the organization’s flagship event, the World Mayors Summit 2022. The first piece was a large-scale LED wall animation designed as the backdrop to the opening speech by the C40 CEO. The video established the summit’s visual direction through a clear and dynamic language, balancing institutional tone with contemporary aesthetic.

Building on this foundation, I produced a second video that recapped the highlights of the summit. While maintaining the same visual framework, this piece expanded the use of animation to create a more engaging and accessible narrative, weaving together text, imagery, and motion to convey both the scale of the event and the urgency of its themes. The result was a coherent visual system that could adapt to different formats and contexts, while reinforcing C40’s identity and its mission to inspire collective action on climate change.
